Gender in Media-The Master List

I have a list of 102 preschool shows that I will analyze for gendered content and perspective. I will try to watch and post about 1 show per week, so this will be a 2-year project!

I asked a couple of groups of parents I know online to chime in on what their kids watch and pulled most of those into the list. A few are missing because they are geared towards older kids or I couldn’t find the show easily. This is not a scientific study so I won’t be trying to find the most representative episode of any given program. My plan is to watch the first episode whenever possible. For some shows, it will be whichever episode I can find online 🙂

Here is the list of shows I will analyze. After I post an episode, I will hyperlink it in this list. On week’s when I do more than one review per post, I add the location of the review as well.
